Cancellation Policy

All scheduled sessions will be subject to a $50 fee for no shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Kristin Czerminger is not a licensed psychologist, counselor, or medical professional. Kristin Czerminger's services do not replace the care of licensed healthcare professionals and are not a substitute for therapy or medical advice. The client recognizes and agrees that all decisions and actions taken are ultimately their own responsibility. The coach accepts no liability or responsibility for any actions or lack of actions, or for any direct or indirect results of any services provided. The coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind that the client will achieve a specific outcome or result. In no event shall the coach be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages. The coach's entire liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the coaching services.
