About Kristin
I’m Kristin Czerminger, a certified life coach based in the Omaha area, offering virtual coaching to adults across the United States.
I help people understand the patterns shaping their lives, learn practical tools for meaningful change, and develop greater self-trust, freedom, and choice in how they respond to life.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and highly intuitive. We can work with what’s happening on the surface, and when it’s meaningful, make room to explore what’s underneath it.

My
Story
I graduated from Coaching for Transformation in 2014, but what has kept me passionate about this work is something deeper: I love helping people understand themselves.
I’ve always been curious about what lives beneath the surface: why we respond the way we do, the patterns we repeat, what our emotions and bodies are communicating, and what becomes possible when we begin to understand ourselves differently.
I’m highly intuitive and naturally notice patterns, connections, and deeper layers of meaning. I also love teaching. There’s something powerful about helping someone understand a concept, recognize how it shows up in their own life, and then giving them practical ways to work with what they’ve discovered.
That combination has shaped the way I coach. Sometimes our work is very practical—learning to work differently with thoughts or emotions, understanding your nervous system, practicing a boundary, clarifying your values, creating supportive structure, or trying a different response.
Other times, the work naturally goes deeper. There can be room for the body, imagery, symbolism, intuition, spirituality, meaning, and the parts of ourselves that aren’t always reached through thinking alone. You don’t need to hold any particular beliefs or come in already knowing yourself deeply. We follow what is meaningful and useful to you.
Over the years, I’ve become increasingly interested not only in why we do what we do, but in what helps understanding become actual change. Insight can open a door, but we still have to learn how to walk through it: how to practice something different, make a new choice, have the conversation, honor the boundary, listen to ourselves, or show up differently in our everyday lives.
That’s the work I love: helping people understand what’s shaping their lives, explore what’s underneath it, and turn what they discover into something they can actually live.

My Approach
I use a grounded, practical approach called the RISE Method to help you understand what's happening within you, explore what's underneath it, and turn greater self-understanding into meaningful change.
This means learning how to:
Recognize what’s happening internally—your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, patterns, reactions, and needs.
Inquire with curiosity into what’s underneath and what may be shaping your experience.
Shift away from self-judgment and automatic reactions toward self-compassion, intentional response, and new possibilities.
Embody what you’re learning by practicing new ways of responding, choosing, and showing up in your everyday life.
I believe:
-
Emotions are messengers, not problems.
-
Self-judgment keeps us stuck, not motivated.
-
Self-compassion and curiosity create space for real change.
-
Understanding our patterns gives us more freedom in how we respond.
-
The quality of our lives is deeply shaped by the relationship we have with ourselves.
-
Insight matters when it changes how we inhabit our lives.
-
These skills can be learned and practiced.
My work is:
-
Safe and grounded
-
Practical and applicable
-
Compassionate without being abstract
-
Deep without being overwhelming
-
Flexible enough to meet you where you are
Sometimes this work is about learning a concrete skill or finding a different way to respond. Other times, it means slowing down and listening more deeply to your emotions, your body, your patterns, your inner knowing, or whatever else may be asking for your attention.
There is no particular depth you need to reach. I help you slow things down enough to understand yourself, discover what is meaningful, and build ways of responding that you can actually practice and live.
If you’ve spent years feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” you don’t need to become someone else. You may need a different way of understanding yourself and support putting that understanding into
practice.
The goal isn’t to become someone different. It’s to understand yourself more fully and have more choice in how you live.
